How can we help?
Imperfect Circle provides commercial and other professional advisory services to businesses operating in the recruitment and HR services sectors. We help clients identify and secure new opportunities for growth; develop products and services for specific markets; and identify and manage operational or commercial risks.
We can help small or medium-sized recruitment businesses develop mature service offerings such as MSP, RPO or SOW engagement and deployment. We can also provide support to large, established businesses in identifying new routes to market for their core and complementary service offerings.
Are you looking to buy or sell a recruitment business? Do you need to understand the impact of a new piece of legislation on your current trade? Are you launching a new product or service or entering a new market?
We provide a range of services that will help to identify, quantify and effectively manage business opportunities and risks.
Whether you're looking to win a major contract or set up a centralised strategic sales and bid management function; we can help prepare you and your people to identify, qualify, secure and deliver the right new business opportunities for your continued growth.
We offer full operational and commercial feedback on non-standard client contracts. Our reviews are context-specific and will always be provided in the most relevant format, whether that be a summary of critical and desirable items for negotiation or a set of draft clarification questions for a formal procurement exercise.
Off-Payroll Rules (IR35 Reform)
We offer specialist advisory services to recruiters or end-hirers looking to understand the potential impact and risks associated with the proposed extension of the off-payroll rules into the private sector, recently delayed to April 2021 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our advice takes into account the risks associated with alternative engagement models and stresses the importance of effective supply chain due diligence for any form of intermediary engagement. We are also able to advise on the potential impact that the draft 'Chapter 10' changes will have on public contracting authorities - whose processes and procedures under the 2017 reforms may not be adequate to protect them from liability under the new regime.
