In addition to executive and non-executive roles the DPS will also address C-Suite, Heads of Department and other hard to fill senior leadership roles. The FSCS is proposing to use the following category structure however the categories may change based on received feedback.
(i) Senior Women Leadership Roles
(ii) BAME Leadership Roles
(iii) LGBTQIA Leadership Roles
