Housing 21 currently employs a workforce of circa 200 employees in a range of office-based professions at their Head Office in Central Birmingham, West Midlands. Housing 21 also employ a significant number of mobile workers nationally, in specialist roles such as Development, Operations, Asset Management and Learning & Development.
The permanent workforce is supported by temporary agency workers as required. They are utilised when there is a temporary increase in workload or there is a temporary need for a specialist skillset.
