Gloucestershire County Council are looking at their engagement with recruitment agencies supplying temporary staff, covering all areas, although children’s service to date seems to be the greatest number of engagements, all roles including senior management roles have previously been procured through the current contract.
This market test suggests there is also a possibility of permanent hard to fill roles going through appointed companies.
